This page explains what happens to your information if you use the "Notify me" form on our coming-soon page. We've kept this short on purpose — the form only asks for one thing, so this policy only needs to cover one thing.

What we collect
Just the email address you type into the form. When you submit it, our server also records the time and your IP address automatically — this is standard for any web form and is used only to stop spam/bot submissions and to keep a record that you gave consent, which we're required to be able to show under UK GDPR.
Why we collect it, and our legal basis
Solely to send you a one-off email when labelled. launches. We rely on your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a), and PECR for the email itself) — that's what the checkbox next to the form is for. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; see "Your rights" below.
How long we keep it
Until we send the launch announcement, or until you ask us to delete it sooner — whichever comes first. If we haven't launched within 12 months, we'll delete any remaining addresses rather than hold them indefinitely.
Who we share it with
Nobody. There's no third-party mailing list, ad platform, or analytics tool involved — the address is stored on our own web server and used only by us.
Cookies & tracking
This page doesn't use cookies, analytics, or any third-party tracking. The only things loaded are this page's own files — even our fonts are hosted on our own server rather than a third-party font CDN, so no visitor data is shared with anyone just by viewing the page.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw consent, at any time — email liam@labelledby.uk and we'll action it promptly. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you think we've handled your data incorrectly.
